What are the delivery times?
Ready-to-ship orders leave our Barcelona workshop within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 days depending on your location. Custom creations require 2 to 3 weeks before shipping. Shipping & returns.
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused items in their original packaging. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned.
Do you offer custom creations?
Yes! We can create custom kits or patterns. Contact us to discuss your project.
Are kits suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Each kit includes detailed instructions and suits all levels, even with no prior experience.
